The safe way of accessing money as an international student is by transfer into Bank account through bank transfer or debt/MasterCard. However, student can travel with reasonable amount when leaving their home country.
Most students can create a bank account after enrollment in most. You will need your visa, student card, address and contact number to be able to create a bank account successfully

On the average, students studying outside London will spend between 320 to 550 pound per month on accommodation and between 600 to 800 pound per month in London. Please note that off campus accommodation will require payment of deposit as part of the rental conditions in most destination.
